Android deferred resolve

Call after splash / auth — not in a tight loop.

When Install Referrer is empty (common in some debug installs), you may opt into probabilistic IP-hash match with enableProbabilisticMatch = true (default false). Never enable that path on iOS. See Privacy.

Warm short codes (app already installed) use resolveIncomingUrl — short-link expand.
