Custom domains

Every app already gets a platform host after you bind. A custom domain is a hostname you own so links and Universal / App Links use your brand.

Use a subdomain (links., go., l.). Sandbox and production are separate (for example links-test. vs links.).

#Steps

1. Dashboard → Domains → Add. Copy the CNAME target from the screen.
2. At your DNS provider, create a CNAME from your hostname to that exact target.
3. Wait for DNS, then Verify. Status active means HTTPS works.
4. Add the hostname to the app binary (Associated Domains / App Links) and ship a store build.

Old installs keep matching the previous host until users update.
