Dashboard → Billing. Compare plans, subscribe, and manage renewal.

Usage is measured per billing period from the day you subscribe (for example 15 Aug → 15 Sep), not the calendar month.
Cancel stops future charges. You keep the paid plan until the period ends, then Free.
Upgrade starts a new subscription from now. Unused clicks from the previous paid plan stay available until that previous period ends, and are used first.

Caps (apps, links, domains, tracking) apply when you create those resources. Owner / admin typically change the plan; marketers usually cannot.
